Christine Goose

Christine has a passion for training and developing people to meet their full potential and delivers challenging yet supportive feedback. With her collaborative and encouraging training style Christine instils confidence in her delegates to fully participate and explore their skills and abilities and to then apply their learning both personally and corporately.

 

Christine has a wealth of experience in Customer Services and Management gained from seventeen years with a major global financial services provider. She holds the Chartered Institute of Bankers Certificate in Banking and the Management in Banking module at Associate level. Christine fulfilled a variety of customer service focused and management roles during this time. She played an integral part in the smooth transition, for both customers and staff, from branch based customer service roles to local central Customer Service Units and later to full centralisation.

 

Christine gained expertise in Management Development and Core Soft Skills Development as the management trainer for a UK wide construction services organisation. This included being a coach for their ground breaking behavioural safety programme. A registered trainer with the Chartered Management Institute, Christine holds the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development Certificate in Training Practice and is a Belbin Team Roles accredited practitioner. She is also a fully qualified Assessor.

Rosanne Goose
Rosanne believes in developing people to their fullest potential. She utilises her design skills to ensure every delegate has the opportunity to explore their skills and abilities and apply them individually and corporately. She looks for opportunities for the delegates to practise their skills on real life examples within the training. She favours a participative and collaborative training style which facilitates the delegates being fully involved through experiences, activities, discussions, reflection and other innovative methods of learning. Full of enthusiasm and with a passion for developing people she inspires and motivates her delegates to challenge themselves and excel.

 

Rosanne has over 15 years experience in learning and development and management gained in different industries. She holds the Certificate in Training Practice and Diploma in Training and Occupational Learning as well as being a registered trainer with the Chartered Management Institute.

Rosanne has operated at an operational and strategic level with expertise gained in HRD Strategy, Leadership and Management Development, Building Self Awareness and Core Soft Skills Development and Talent Management. She delivers challenging yet supportive feedback in both groups and one to one environments utilising psychometric tools, her own insights and 360 feedbacks. She is a Belbin Team Roles accredited practitioner and qualified in MBTI Myers Briggs and BarOn EQI Emotional intelligence. She is also a qualified Assessor.
