The Project: Shared Services Organisation Training with Customer Service
Our client was moving towards a Shared Services model and needed customer service training to support the launch and ongoing development of the Shared Services Organisation.
The CRG Training and Consultancy Solution:
We designed and delivered a 1.5 day customer service workshop that dovetailed with an internal briefing on Shared Services. We partnered with City College Norwich, who are able to offer local and national programmes, to provide Customer Service NVQs to recognise the learning that was then applied in the workplace.
